REPHCO, a dream was born in the year 1968. Originally the idea of establishing a pharmaceutical manufaturing company was conceived by late Mr. Khalilur Rahman Akon, the Founder Chairman along with some enthusiastic Physicians, Representatives of some pharmaceutical companies and some Pharmacists. Hence the name "REPHCO" came where "RE" stands for Representative "PH" stands for Physicians and Pharmacists and "CO" stands for Company. Thus REPHCO has brought the whole ranks of medical professionas under one umbrella of faith and confidence. And, the dream came to a reality.
It was licensed in 1968 and started functioning from Barisal where it is today.
for its' effective quality management system we have achived the ISO 9001-2000 certification in 2006.
