BACKGROUND The prime intention of launching business in the area of photocopier generated from the long felt interest of the variety of customers ranging from the Offices to individuals in semi-urban & urban areas of Bangladesh. Besides; less investment but faster return are the uniqueness in attracting the commercial parties to run photocopying business in association with other items as “package business”.

TYPE OF BUSINESS CANON/TOSHIBA Photocopier (New & Reconditioned) both are sold to meet the demand of customers (office / organization and commercial parties). Spares and consumables are being kept in order to cater the need and also to ensure the uninterrupted back up services.
Computer/Fax/Lamination/Spiral binder and other peripherals are included in the package to cover and maximize the service delivery to the current and prospective clients. Thus; promotion of the products in a wider prospective to make the business viable and feasible; our professional team members make relentless effort for establishing long term benefit.
SUPPORT SERVICE Approximately 12,000 CANON/TOSHIBA Photocopiers of different models have been sold to INT\'L / NGOs / GOB offices and commercial parties over the last fourteen years. To ensure service delivery; a modern workshop was set up; supported by 40 qualified , skilled and professional service engineers. Priority services are being extended to solve the problem either on spot or in workshop, depending on the magnitude and nature of problems. We cover the whole over Bangladesh in terms of our best and fastest possible service even beyond the normal working hours. Our committed engineer are fully equipped with required tools and cellular phones to facilitate the communication for immediate accessibility and response.
USERS PATTERN The offices of United Nations, German Technical Assistance, Embassy\'s Project, Thai/Saudi Embassies, Government and NGOs, Banks, Int\'l Hotel, Foreign Buying Houses, Real Estate Developers, Airlines and hundreds commercial parties scattered throughout the country.
CLASSIFED RENTAL PROVISSION Experience for the last decade has directed us to step in to other “potential horizon” in widening the business fashion – addressing the short-term and long term need of office equipment; particularly photocopier, fax, computer. International hotels have attached with our “Rental Copier” services almost about eight years which is found to be quite effective.
Seminar / Workshop including the visit of the dignitaries during the high level meeting for bilateral cooperation are also being covered through our “Rental Photocopier-Fax-Computer” Services in collaboration of the team-members from the International Hotels (PAN-PACIFIC Hotel Sonargaon, Sheraton, Lavinci…….) at a moderate amount.
THOUGHTS FOR NEW DIMENSIONS Long involvement in such business provides us an ample of opportunities in diversifying and widening the current business in to potential areas for its strengthening. Agro-based items like; mini-moveable-cold storage; power tiller; generator; cellular set, air-conditioner (low cost price) shall have chances to intervene in the promotional move.
