"The Legacy Safety Leadership Training Program was conducted at CEMEX Cement Bangladesh Ltd (CCBL) by Richard John Claydon (HS Director, EMEAA) & Robert House (HS Coordinator, EMEAA) on 10th & 11th of November 2010. A total of 23 Managers and leaders participated in this program with active participation and deep involvement. The training program contained brilliant interactive modules of leadership behavior and the facilitators made it more interesting and inspiring, highlighting the key messages for the leaders in handling our safety matters and also passing it to the next level.
At the end of the 2-Day Course, nobody could disagree about our prime responsibility of building the safety culture in our daily business with a final key message of motivation - "Lead by Example". Thanks to Richard & Robert for making us so focused and committed in dealing and improving the safety aspects. This course was rounded up with awarding of certificates to all. It was indeed an enjoyable training event which will be cherished by all participants."
