Continental Group is doing business in various sectors from 1977. Continental Group first introduced courier service in Bangladesh by starting its operations from 1983. Mr.M.Ruhul Amin Chisty, Chairman of Continental Group pioneered the concept of courier service in Bangladesh with only 14 stations and a Work force of about forty five employees. Continental Courier Service created its market by proviing door to door documents & parcels delivery within the shortest possible time. This service was not available in Bangladesh at the time of its inception. As a result, the market grew rapidly and many other companies followed Continental, but Continental Courier Service was always ahead of everyone, both in terms of market share and quality of service. Continental rapidly expanded its network all over Bangladesh and till now it has the largest network in the country. Continental Courier Service gives its service and sustains its leadership in the courier business through 15,000 agencies and service points with over 50,000 educated and well-trained directly related work force.

  1. Not Good

    They told me my parcel will be delivered the next day but it has been 4 days and it's still not delivered. I called the sending office, receiving office and head office but no one could give me any update. The online Tracking system does not work at all. Worst service I have ever seen.

    আমি গত 28/05/19ইং তারিখে, চট্টগ্রামের অলংকার ব্রাঞ্চ হতে লাকসামের উদ্দ্যেশে কিছু জামা-কাপড়ের একটি প্যাকেট পাঠিয়েছি, যাহা 24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে পৌঁছে যাবে বলে বলা হয়েছিল। কিন্তু 48 ঘন্টা অতিক্রম হয়ে যাচ্ছে তা এখনো পৌঁছায়নি। আদৌ কি? উক্ত প্যাকেট সঠিক জায়গায় পৌঁছাবে। দয়াকরে উত্তর দিবেন। ধন্যবাদ।

    I sent a documents from Kochukhet , Dhaka on May 16,2019 to Barishal but till now there is no news about my documents , It is very important documents I need it to be there very urgently . Please take some initiative regarding your poor performance and carelessness.

    I send a box on 6th April from cox's bazar to dhaka, they said only one day is required but today is 10th April....I have never seen this type of bad service in courier services. very very bad service. Now they are not receiving my phone call also.

    Not Good

    I went there to pick my docoment in mirpur 10 branch..agent of that branch are so much rediculous.they behaved so badly,,so much rude..made me waiting for an 1hour. They told they couldn't find.even they gave me entry khata to find out my name. They are so lazy indeed. Did extreem misbehave infact they told me not to curiar here next tym. Is it fair enough to behave like that? Plz I request the owner or the manager to teach them the manner while talking with the people.

    I send a documents from dhaka office to G paikgacha date 29-06-2017 . Still now this parcel couldn't reached Paikgacha. I can't even track it . very bad service . the service people also dosent know what to do . very bad service. very very very bad service .

    I send a documents from kolabagan, dhaka office to Gaibandha date 19-02-2017 time 7:40 PM. Still now this parcel couldn't reached Gaibandha while now I'm complain.it's very very disgusted & I never except this from continental courier services ltd, may this type of service are damaged company image. my memo no is 636-H 244894. Please solved this urgently. Thanks.
